Meet The Team

Sarah & Bill have owned the cafe since August 2023 and are passionate about bringing the community together regardless of a persons background.

Bill Fact: Die hard Rangers fan

Sarah Fact: Former Entertainment Host

Katie has been at the cafe since she was 14 and has been an asset to the team since Sarah and Bill took over. She is also our head baker and cooks all our in house cakes.

Fact: Katie loves cats

Amy has been with us since September 2023 and is currently doing her hospitality apprenticeship with us. She comes across as shy and retiring but don’t let that fool you.

Amy Fact: Loves going to the gym

India is currently helping out a couple of days a week in the cafe whilst studying Health and Social Care at college with the aim of becoming either a Paramedic or working in Criminology . She is also the daughter of Sarah and Bill.

India Fact: Loves her nails

Sharon is the newest member of the team and was made redundant in her previous hospitality role. (Pic coming soon)

OK, so not technically part of the team however as Sarah’s Mum we have given her a mention. She’s pop’s in from time to time whilst running errands but always end’s up helping the team out when she is in.
